Ever transforming

In the last days of November, I marvelled at the miracle of changed hearts & desires in the life of my friends, 3 in particular that I’d been covering in prayer for years.

I believe Gods power is always able to transform men, but it’s a different awe when you see it first hand. I spoke to each of them individually at different times through the month and it was only later in reflection that I realised the joy my heart felt at each of those times. It was the transformed mindsets, transformed resolves and just new desires that were evident in their speech and living.

I lay in bed the night after speaking to one of them and I remember just thinking that truly salvation is the greatest miracle.

I want us to run with that for 2023, that right now, we’re not the way we are permanently, we can allow Gods spirit grow, morph and completely transform us. We’re not prisoners of our present and if we’ll only partner with Abba, we’ll see the newness that comes with the transformative power of His word and Spirit.

You see and witness changed men and you fully understand the stance of 2 Timothy 3:5, that we can have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof.

I pray the coming year gives us daily evidences, of Gods power, not just in the provision of material things, much more in the newness and transformation of our hearts to be conformed to His son.

The last few days have been transformational for me, recounting the highs and lows of 2022 and picking my learning points for the coming year. Retreating with my partner and not alone anymore brought a fresh breath of fresh air and we’re pumped for what God is set to do in 2023 in, around, through and for us.

Thanks for being a part of what God is doing in this corner. Our hearts are daily renewed and refreshed and I know there’s fresh grace and anointing for 2023.

I wish you a phenomenal year ahead characterised of deeper roots and higher fruits, in that order.

God is for us!

Thanks for sharing Ruby! I understand that awe one is in when they witness the growth that has been prayed for.

May we embrace the growth wholeheartedly and allow God shape us as He wills.

Happy New year to you and Nelson 🎊
