Holding on & Letting go

June 19, 2017Leave a comment

I learnt my antonyms faster than I did my synonyms. It was no surprise anyways cause with antonyms, I would only have to think of what was directly opposite to the word and an answer would come. Usually always faster than finding a word similar in meaning to the word thought about as in the … Continue reading Holding on & Letting go

Time and Chance

May 6, 2017May 19, 20171 Comment

2 days ago, I stumbled on a verse that has been resonating in my heart and to be fair, I've heard this verse all my life but for some reason, this time, it seemed deeper than appeared on the surface. It's been on my mind for 2 days now. And for anyone I've spoken too, … Continue reading Time and Chance

When the purpose becomes an idol

April 18, 2017April 29, 20192 Comments

Some of my best sermons have always been the ones on 'Purpose'. I could sit hours and listen to a man of God talk about purpose. Some of the first rhema words I received when I became a christian was on 'purpose' and my best bible characters, their lives teach purpose before anything else. So … Continue reading When the purpose becomes an idol

We have it easier

April 18, 2017April 29, 2019Leave a comment

I know the title sounds crazy and is also very vague, like who exactly are the 'we'. I put it that way so I didn't have people throwing tomatoes at me in their head before they actually got down to reading the post. This morning, I woke up to a link to a periscope broadcast … Continue reading We have it easier

Focusing on you

April 18, 2017April 29, 2019Leave a comment

Hey there, Hope you're good and all is well with you, I want to believe you're being strong. Its already April! Imagine that. Happy Easter. I always wondered why Easter isn't as celebrated as Christmas is, and if you think about it, the essence of the Easter celebration should even be greater than that of … Continue reading Focusing on you

Minute feelings

The number 3 in the world has usually been said to be a lucky number. Biblically, 3 signifies wholeness and completeness. It's the 3rd month of the year. How's the year going for you? started on cracking with those plans? Well you should because soon we'll be saying its the 7th month and then the … Continue reading Minute feelings

Tell him plainly.

February 26, 2017April 29, 2019Leave a comment

I recently got writing a scene in a book i'm currently writing where my protagonist got a call from someone she really didn't want to talk to. And from her response to her phone ringing after she saw the call, you could just tell she really didn't want to talk to him. You would expect … Continue reading Tell him plainly.

God’s secret weapon

February 17, 2017April 29, 2019Leave a comment

I remember growing up and having slumber parties with my friends where we did a lot of truth games. Almost all the time, the question that would bring someone to lose is when they request the person to 'tell their biggest secret'. And the person would refuse and so would automatically have to leave the … Continue reading God’s secret weapon

Complete Woman

I don’t know about you but I have always prayed to God to make me the woman after His heart.
Have you ever imagined how David felt?
Well I have and I figured I wanted to feel that way.
We’re on that journey now to becoming the women after God’s heart.

We’re not attempting to earn a spot, we have a spot already, we’re living purposely to look like the thoughts God had before creating us.
