The awe of the Befores and Afters

April 7, 2023April 7, 20231 Comment

The beauty of any before and after story presents the viewers the opportunity to capture two realities with the same person. The transformation of someone from one position to another will always bring awe to the human heart, believer or not. We’re able to capture befores and afters so easily on this side of eternity … Continue reading The awe of the Befores and Afters

Bowing to the murderer

March 27, 2023March 27, 20231 Comment

I see Abba constantly beckoning on His body to grow into maturity because there’s only so much responsibility you can give a baby whose only concern is comfort. Immaturity will make us fight battles in the name of God that God didn't send us to fight. I read David and Bethshebas story again last night, … Continue reading Bowing to the murderer

Powerful in lingerie

March 24, 20234 Comments

A couple of weeks ago I came across a photography giveaway on Instagram in celebration of international women day, the studio was one I had often seen in mainstream media and the process to apply was quite easy, so I did an application in roughly five minutes. A week later, i’ll get an email that … Continue reading Powerful in lingerie

What’s really special in that?

March 8, 2023Leave a comment

I woke up to warm hugs and a pleasant present this morning from my husband celebrating International Women’s day. When he left for work, I lay back in bed asking myself what I love most about being a woman, and for the life of me, I didn’t have an answer. I thought of a few … Continue reading What’s really special in that?

Does the answer ever come?

March 3, 2023Leave a comment

Earlier today I opened my Facebook app and the first post that hit me was a picture of a woman I admired all through my adolescence and teenage-hood. I never got as close enough as I would’ve liked to share my admiration, but from afar I actually loved her and all she represented in her … Continue reading Does the answer ever come?

With height comes depth

February 13, 2023Leave a comment

The revelation of Gods love is not something we will ever get to the apex of, I think at every level, we will discover new heights. But with the new heights, will come a need for deeper understanding, because with heights come depths, so the new heights of love must come with a depth of … Continue reading With height comes depth

Casting the same shadow

January 13, 20232 Comments

I’m often mind boggled by the power in Gods word that makes it adequate and sufficient for the new convert and the mature believer. The newly saved will feast on the word, experience transformation and keep growing to maturity. The mature (ever maturing) will feast on same word and continue to experience growth and attain … Continue reading Casting the same shadow

Maybe it’s us

January 10, 2023August 16, 20231 Comment

I don’t think Uriah deserved to die. I spent my morning questioning why God allowed David’s plan to kill him work. I know God has no favourites, but I wondered if something made David more favoured to have planned the death of an honourable man and see it come to fruition. I started going down … Continue reading Maybe it’s us

Ever transforming

December 31, 2022December 31, 20224 Comments

In the last days of November, I marvelled at the miracle of changed hearts & desires in the life of my friends, 3 in particular that I’d been covering in prayer for years. I believe Gods power is always able to transform men, but it’s a different awe when you see it first hand. I … Continue reading Ever transforming

Good God until it breaks

December 3, 2022December 3, 20222 Comments

I’m such a fangirl of the Spirit of God and of the many things we experience and enjoy in Christ, my favourite has to be His Spirit dwelling right inside of me. It’s all the assurance to know that God didn’t plan for us to walk this earth alone and daily I hope we acknowledge … Continue reading Good God until it breaks

Complete Woman

I don’t know about you but I have always prayed to God to make me the woman after His heart.
Have you ever imagined how David felt?
Well I have and I figured I wanted to feel that way.
We’re on that journey now to becoming the women after God’s heart.

We’re not attempting to earn a spot, we have a spot already, we’re living purposely to look like the thoughts God had before creating us.
