P raise to power 4

July 8, 2019July 8, 20192 Comments

I think there is a line I would be known for among people who have heard me preach or teach. I say often that 'God takes prepared people to prepared places'. I came to this conclusion after looking at the people God walked with and how He took them from who they were to who … Continue reading P raise to power 4

Moments of truth; Sex slave

July 2, 2019July 2, 201913 Comments

I was young and very naive, all I had was an Ethiopian best friend who I absolutely adored, asides from the fact that her hair was long and she was really pretty, she actually always really got me, as young as we were. Sadly, we don't talk anymore, in the last year, I actually tried … Continue reading Moments of truth; Sex slave

“God said you’re not my Partner”

July 2, 2019July 26, 2019Leave a comment

Our relationships with God does vary, It is evident in the various ways God chooses to express Himself through us and even more obvious by the verbal expression of the ways God speaks to us. Over the cause of my life I've had reason to turn down advances of well meaning men to me. It … Continue reading “God said you’re not my Partner”

Why aren’t you performing miracles?

June 29, 2019July 29, 2019Leave a comment

I have always marvelled at the thought that John the baptist didn't perform a single miracle on earth. Like in all his reputation and glory, neither of it was hinged on his performing a miracle. Yet, he had all these disciples who would do anything he said. Doesn't this suggest something to us? That just … Continue reading Why aren’t you performing miracles?

Ever wondered why you?

June 29, 2019June 30, 2019Leave a comment

I have been amazed in the last few days at God, that in all of His beautiful creation, it was man He chose to make in His image and love in the manner that He loves us. Theologians describe us as Gods highest creation and from the look of instructions given to Adam in Genesis, … Continue reading Ever wondered why you?

knew, know, known

June 19, 2019Leave a comment

There's a reason we call God the 'Author and the Finisher, the Alpha and the Omega'. Most times, we remember and call Gods names in prayer and I think we forget the meanings of these names because each carry its own might if we dive into its full revelation. I sit with inquisitive Christians and … Continue reading knew, know, known

“Give me options!”

June 13, 2019Leave a comment

There's absolutely nothing more beautiful than having options. In fact, you find that the more the options, the sweeter it is. I've also realised that options are to a large extent, an indication of blessing. That you aren't just served one thing against your will but get to choose and pick which sits with you, … Continue reading “Give me options!”

Imperfect human love

June 13, 2019July 26, 2019Leave a comment

If you cast your mind to the person you love the most this moment and the extent you would go for this person's convenience, wouldn't you marvel as how it is possible to love a person to that level? Some of you would even out-rightly die to save that person if you had to, so … Continue reading Imperfect human love

This Guy thinks we’re a joke

June 6, 2019June 6, 2019Leave a comment

A lot of times, we read the bible at face value, we read it with a mindset of it being too sacred to be imagined and so while we get into the characters and lives of the people we read about in novels, I doubt people often do the same for characters of the bible … Continue reading This Guy thinks we’re a joke

The little, big foxes

June 6, 2019Leave a comment

Two weeks ago, the Coordinator in my fellowship informed me that he would like me to preach the following Sunday. I always believe that an instruction from him to preach is divinely orchestrated from God and so though I bantered at first, I obliged and got home, praying that God gives me a focus for … Continue reading The little, big foxes

Complete Woman

I don’t know about you but I have always prayed to God to make me the woman after His heart.
Have you ever imagined how David felt?
Well I have and I figured I wanted to feel that way.
We’re on that journey now to becoming the women after God’s heart.

We’re not attempting to earn a spot, we have a spot already, we’re living purposely to look like the thoughts God had before creating us.
